Welcome to the Stoc Dashboard, the centralized view for monitoring cooler performance and retail execution across your network.

The Space Management page provides a high-level overview of store and cooler activity. Every widget can be filtered by date and time, drilled down to a specific location or exported for reporting.

Store Activity Status displays the total number of stores currently active with stock.

Space Activity Status tracks the number of cooler doors transmitting AI-approved images. Counts automatically adjust based on your selected time range.

Space Interactions measures total customer engagement. Each door opening counts as an interaction. Extended openings, such as restocking, are automatically flagged as merchandising events, ensuring accurate, clean data.

Space Stockout tracks cooler performance related to stockouts. If alerts are active, the total number of alerts for the selected period appears here.

Planogram Compliance provides a weighted score of how well each cooler aligns with its planogram. The score combines four metrics: Product Availability, Facing Accuracy, Purity, and Slot Accuracy.

Availability confirms listed products are present.

Facing Accuracy verifies correct facing counts.

Purity checks that only approved products are displayed.

Slot Accuracy ensures each product is in its assigned location.

The Temperature widget displays the average temperature across all coolers during the selected period, helping maintain ideal storage conditions.

The Space Management page brings all key information insights together: Store Activity, Cooler Status, Interactions, Stockouts, Compliance, and Temperature – at a glance.

Switching to the Space Report tab unlocks deeper analytics.

Here, detailed reports can be built, filtered, and exported for advanced analysis.

The Stockout report identifies which coolers are low or out of stock. Metrics include stockout percentage, affected products, and space utilization.

The Planogram Compliance report provides precision data on availability, purity, facing accuracy, and slot alignment, helping pinpoint where execution can improve.

The Interactions report logs door openings and closings throughout the day, correlating engagement with restocking or sales patterns.

The Temperature report tracks cooler performance over time, daily, weekly, or across custom ranges, ensuring consistent product quality.

With Stoc, every cooler, every product, and every interaction becomes visible.
